“After buying and selling several houses over my life, I found Melissa Waller to be the most skilled realtor I've ever worked with. She hired a company to stage the house, employed a brilliant photographer, and guided me through a pre-inspection in preparation for the sale. My house never looked so good. It went on the market on a Thursday morning and sold by Sunday afternoon. Melissa negotiated an amazing deal with excellent terms and a price that was significantly over the list price. She is professional, organized, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I will be looking for a new home and there is no question what realtor I will hire to represent me - Melissa Waller. I highly recommend you hire her too!”
