“We recently worked with Melissa to purchase our first home in Sammamish. She could not have made the process any easier! Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and so easy to work with. Her knowledge of the overall real estate market and the Sammamish real estate market was invaluable.

We knew that the market was extremely competitive and expected the purchasing process to take months. We fell in love with the second house we saw and wanted to make a competitive offer. Melissa was able to help us prepare a successful offer that beat out multiple others during this competitive time. We would definitely recommend Melissa to anyone looking to purchase a home!!”
