“Melissa is a fantastic agent for both buying and selling. As a buyer, this market moves very fast and Melissa was several steps ahead the whole time, which allowed us to buy our dream home with 6 other competitive offers and we won even with another offer coming in higher than ours. This was completely due to Melissa's meticulous work both with us the buyers and her work with the seller's agent. After buying our home, we then needed to turn around and sell our current home. Once again, Melissa helped through the whole process with preparing our house and listing it with great marketing. We were able to receive multiple offers in less than a week. We accepted a full list price offer after 5 days. On top of how great Melissa was with all of the technical aspects, she is just a great person to work with through the whole process.”
